Our wine list, while not listing the commonly expected varietals does have a wine to suit any palate and are all hand selected to ensure they deliver. While still meeting the requirements of a restaurant wine list, the idea of the wine list at Polola was to introduce our guests to some brilliant and often lesser-known wine varietals in a fun and approachable way. While you may at first notice the absent of the traditional wines like Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Shiraz – trust that we have developed a list that may have you discovering a new favourite wine!
